CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Coaching / Counselling Appointments:

• Cancellations 24+ hours in advance: no charge

• Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows: may be charged in full

2. Subscriptions (if applicable):

• Cancel anytime before next billing cycle to avoid charges.

• No partial refunds for unused time.
